The Powder Puff Football game between the Juniors and Seniors will be held Saturday, May 28, 2016, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Football Stadium.

Due to the on-going construction at the stadium, parking for the Powder Puff game will need to be adjusted as follows:

Parking will be available at the old baseball field below the stadium.  Additional parking will be available in the Middle School parking lot and at Mount Rock Elementary.

There will be limited handicap parking at the stadium lot and individuals needing dropped off will be accommodated as well.

Parking for Commencement

Due to the on-going construction at the stadium, parking for commencement will need to be adjusted to adhere to the following plan.   The purpose of this plan is to provide for, and maximize, the safety, convenience, and enjoyment of this special event.

  1.  Stadium Commencement Parking Plan:

Given that there will be construction equipment and materials at the stadium and the shuttle busses will need a safe route through to the stadium, no guest parking will be permitted in the stadium lot.   Persons needing to be dropped off directly at the stadium due to mobility issues will be accommodated.

  1. Graduates will park at the Middle School lot.  They will need to show their commencement cap to the school traffic police to gain entry to the lot.

  2. Staff walking in commencement will park between the Middle School and the District Administration Office.

  3. Guests will park at Mt. Rock Elementary and the High School parking lots.   Shuttle busses, including a handicap accessible bus with a lift, will transport to the stadium from these locations.   The shuttles from Mt. Rock will pick up and depart directly in front of the main office area.  The shuttles from the High School will pick up and depart directly in front of the band room and green house area, across from the regular student parking lot.  Designated handicap parking will be available directly across from the pick-up/departure areas.

     2.  Inside Commencement Parking Plan

In the event that commencement needs to be held inside at the High School, parking will be available at the Middle School, Mt. Rock Elementary and on site at the High School.  Shuttle service from the Middle School and Mt. Rock Elementary School will be provided.   Pick up and departure will be directly in front of the main office area of each building.
